Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
Go get checked out please.
Get a full bloods count and let the Doc know the frequency and to what intensity they occur. Keep a little notepad handy and write down when they occur. It's always good to get a full physical and be honest with your Doc in early sobriety.
Deep deep breath.... did it start before or after you peed on your Klonopin? and you said you liked them way too much.
Maybe a correlation?
*Shut up now Mindlight
yes indeed
;)
Anyhoo-are you drinking enough water? Strangely enough-I get headaches when I am not drinking lots of water. Also, our muscles need water. Keep hydrated.
i didn't even get a laugh for the offer to take it outside. :(
all... i saw my dr friday and told her i flushed it. i was not taking it in a manner to develop a dependency. i limited my use to a few choice occasions so that i could accumulate a whole bunch of pills and take them all in one pop. the effect i was after was much better that way. i was lucky i didn't end up in the hospital. i did the right thing. ~patting self on back~
you know what... i lied. i didn't flush it. it just sounded so much cooler than "i ran out".
thanks for the concern. i will call and ask doc about the muscle twitches and headaches.
does anyone know how to remove a post?
i haven't heard back from mindlight. offers still on the table...
"i ran out"
People have an agenda here outside of helping Howtolive with her twitches in my opinion.
So again, drink water and go to doc and get a blood work up perhaps for vitamin deficiency. Just stay clear of benzo's. LOL
