Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
I would also go to the doctor, explain what is happening, and get it checked out to make sure nothing is wrong.

In the spiritual realm, I DO believe there is war against our souls and whatever it takes to bring us down and tempt us will be used against us. We all have our "targets" for the destroyer who would love nothing better than destroy a soul rather than what God wants for us and that is to live life free and to the full.
I can relate to you saying you shouldn't drink on your days off. I was a binge drinker and loved drinking home alone where I didn't have to get any slack from anyone. I'd usually drink too much and for a time, I would fear taking off work because of the temptation to drink. I can easily enjoy my "days off" now alcohol free and I've been very joyful and content just doing what many would think as mundane things, but they are worthwhile things because the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace and self-control. And I want all those things - I know what the other things are - things I was ashamed of and at 51, I told myself it's time to grow up and loose the bonds of destruction. There's a lot of fun waiting for ya in the sober life - go get it.
