My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). That is pretty much how I felt for a long time but life is good today. Because of my inability to stop drinking on my own I went to meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous and found a programme of recovery that changed the way that I think. It may be worthwhile for you to look into what AA has to offer and you can then decide if it is for you.
I hope that you find what works for you. Never, never, never give up! On yourself....a miracle might happen when you least expect it!!
