On my way to three weeks! What a difference from where I was 3 weeks ago! Waking up feeling eager for the day, no guilt, no shame - it is a gift! Now focusing on being as healthy as possible and embracing every moment of my life, one day at a time... The mornings are never usually a problem for me with craving - it is 5 PM that I have to be vigilant about - a glass of wine while I cooked dinner was a treat I looked forward to - now it's ice tea.

It is liberating to lose the guilt and shame, isn't it? Yes, the late afternoon crave is common, but with time it will subside. Iced tea is my drink as well, cheers!
