Yesterday it dawned on me that I am codependant to my wife. and have been for many years! I would cater to her every whim because it made me happy to see her happy. Because of that I seem to have lost my identity somewhat because she usually prevented me from doing the kinds of things that gave me personal satisfaction!
Through constant depression I have prayed for help and seemed to have received it in an odd way. Now my wife has found someone who will give her more attention then I could! God works in mysterious ways!
Now a divorce seems to be immenent. In many ways I am happy but in some ways feel hurt and betrayed after she cheated on me over the weekend and bragged about how great it was,
My sponser repeated something yesterday that he told me since the beginning. He believes very strongly something good comes out of every bad situation.
I think I believe that too :)

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmon

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....
Co-dependency can be a , for lack of a better term, BITCH. I can relate.

I have along with the other changes I had to make worked on it Yes it seems to highlight so many problems in relationships when we become aware of it I've had a sort of suspended marage relationship in the ensueing 3/4 years still evolving not there yet
