...For my buddy GBP who is having rough day today. If you know, GBP, aka Rob, give the boy some love! I imagine he will appreciate it.

Sorry Rob, I'm a little late tonight mustering up some hugs for you. This place gets kind of quiet right about now.

I hope you made those phone calls. You are a terrific guy. I am fairly certain that I'm not the only one who appreciates having you around.

Hey Rob, I know you met your new sponsor a couple of days ago and it went well, so have you tried giving him a call? I know that's a simplistic suggestion, but sometimes I have a situation that any good friend could help me with but don't call my sponsor or anyone. If nothing else, if your sponsor is not only a mentor but also a friend, he may be able to stand by you if nothing else.

Or heck just give me a PM or an IM. I'm usually sitting here on my..... uh..... chair. And thank you Ms. Anna for being a friend to one of ours.

Boy, isn't it fun some days....that 'alcoholic commity' in our heads........ Shiiiiiiit! I know some days the brain just wont shut up or off.

Hope you do what you know you gotta do. It's hard, but so worth it and the phone gets a lighter after a while too I've noticed. Just try to remember that folks don't mind taking out the time to help us. After all, that's how most of us make it...the understanding hands of another alcoholic.

I wish you well, and I wish you peace through this journey that you're on now. It's all new to us in the beginning, but we reap the benefits in no time.

Good job on 60 days. Hope things work well with the new sponsor. A good sponsor is imperative. (hope I spelled that right) Keep going it gets better.
