Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
I first read this poem 19 years ago when I was just starting my journey in recovery and it helped me understand about unconditional love. It also helped me to stop bottling up how I felt about people ,to let them know how I feel because I may not get another chance. These where Hugh steps for me in recovery. I hope you like it.

Yes, there were lots of things you didn't do.
But you put up with me, and loved me, and protected me.
There were lots of things I wanted to make up to you
when you returned from Vietnam.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
