Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
Tomorrow will be better than today, hang in there.

I know when I've felt that way I concentrated on the fact that my body was ridding itself of the poison and that it was normal. Also your brain chemicals are probably messed up too. Vitamin B6 and a B complex will help with that along with some other vitamins. Magnesium helps for sleep.
I don't know how much you drank but more than likely, your body needs some nutrients. Make sure you eat as much as you want to and don't worry at this time about weight-gain, you can worry about that later.
Best to you both.
keep your self occupied and take lots of vitamins...think of it as a purging of all the nasty stuff in your system that just needs to come out...try and get some rest too if possible.
