Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
Girlfriend asked her grandma to babysit, so that's taken care of and I can go to the AA meeting.
She quit smoking again last night. On my way to spend the evening with her - betting she'll be a little testy so I'm just gonna stand back and throw chocolate at her until she smiles.
She'd gone 2 days without a cigarette before my screwup and she bought another pack. I feel like that's my fault, too. She told me that she's the one who chose to buy and smoke the cigarettes and its all on her but she wouldn't have made the choice if I hadn't stressed her out.
And . . . she needs me to come park her car. She just got home from work and of course, there's nowhere for her to park without parallel parking and she's never really gotten the hang of that. She won't let me borrow her car - can't blame her there - but she lets me park it for her. Hahaha

End of the month and a lack of any better theme I've just decided to give you guys some otters.... just because... Hope you're having a great end to the month!
This thing called alcoholism is a mysterious malady. The minute I start feeling well I think ... Just one it would not be that bad , but it would. I know one would lead to ten. Then I'd be back lying and doing stupid things that made me need to pour more booze on it.
I hope you find a way o be happy sober. It is possible. You deserve to be happy. You can do it! Cmon

I got her a personalized Hogwarts acceptance letter because a few years ago, she said she was still holding out hope for one. And she's thrilled. I don't think I'll ever be able to top that one.
