Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
This needs to passed around to every human being who has the keys to a vehicle and the capability of driving while under the influence with impaired judgment and the possibility of causing a life changing incident to happen to everyone he or she comes in contact with while in this condition.
This is perhaps one of the most intense commercials that I've ever seen and damn well made. I hope that by passing this along to others, that it will make a difference and if just one life is saved, it will all be worth the effort to simply hit "send" and maybe save a life today or tomorrow or in the future.
Australia should be complemented on having the guts to "tell it like it is" and get this campaign out to all of it's licensed drivers and to air it on TV.
Please pass it along to all of your friends and maybe you can be responsible for saving some lives.

If you must drink and drug (including prescription pills) pleaes keep your ass at home
Yep and I have been guilty of this sooooooo many times. Thank God I never hurt anyone!!!
There are even film school or high school competitions to make ads and these are shown at the cinema before the movie.
As a side bar, In Australia and Western countries there is a trend now to have subjects in High School on "life skills" like writing a cheque or making a budget. In some cases, SOME students get to go to ICU and rehab wards to see the horrific and life changing effects of drink driving. I believe that every single high school student - and in the earlier years so they build in the knowledge before it is too late, visit such a place if the victims welcome it - which many do. I think it should be part of the curriculim.
I studied Communications and in terms of what effects peoples' behaviour most, mass media is in fact the LEAST likely to change behaviour. There are a whole lot of other styles of communication in between with different effects, but the number one type of communication to change behaviour is one on one, face to face communication.
