I dunno DrC I don't like seeing the anti aa stuff on here as well, it's viral all over the internet and i think it's sick. I don't know if that is untreated alcoholism or dry drunk syndrome speaking or what.

The negativity and demonising of AA or any other programme of recovery will do no good for anybody. Those who are looking for a proven message of hope and really want a way out of the misery of alcoholism will make their own minds up as to what will work best for them personally and will go to any lengths to find it.

i bookmarked a stevie ray vaughan recording of him doing a speaker meeting. i wont post it. for my consumption. im conflicted about speaker meetings on youtube. i was just surprised by hatred. that seems unending. im not sure y?

Yes!! or Hedge their bets And Say.. No 'm not into that type of Recovery until ..well...its really needed!! Personally I see where these video's are needed ...I've seen a lot sober which when analyzed.....does not or has not quite gelled with bridging the gap yet...individual responsibility sometimes gets caught up in the dogma or wishful thinking or fear based sobriety which may not be apparent to the person slinging the dogma! Yet:)

actually im not sure if i should post any of this? on one hand its private. on the other hand i welcome all opinions. i guess what im saying is there r lots of opinions and options. i hope i dont offend anyone

i just want to show there is a lot available to anyone interested. good and bad. i plan on continuing to study it forever. it seems since i quit drinking i have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and insight
