I havent been on in awhile and need some advice...
I was sober for a little over a year, and relapsed, not I have about 4 months and I am struggling. I am not liking being sober, I am going through the motions of life but not happy...
I a m in AA but that just seems to be the same thing over an over....I am isloating again...I tried to call a couple today as it was a really bad day, and i got a "ill call you back" and I dont want to bother my sponsor as she is sick....
I hate my job, life is like ground hogs day....it seems...work, school, meeting, repeat...and now no school....so work, sleep, meetings, repeat....ugh
I'm just frusterated and not sure what I should do...any suggestions?

I remember clearly how many times my sick brain told me that I couldn't live without the booze. Problem was....I couldn't live with it either.
