Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety Support Group
Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder, often precipitated by the fear of having a panic attack in a setting from which there is no easy means of escape. As a result, sufferers of agoraphobia may avoid public and/or unfamiliar places. In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to their home, experiencing difficulty traveling from this "safe place."

What we think has power over how we feel. If we stick with a thought or feeling long enough we will begin to believe it and act on it. That is good if it is a positive thought. As quickly as I realize my thoughts are neg. I immediately replace them with a postive thought. I do this as many times as it takes to make it stick in my mind and for me to accept and believe it.
I found a book called Battlefield of the Mind by Joyce Meyers and have been reading it and working the workbook. It is based on scriptual beliefs but basically it says that what we think will influence how we act and feel. I have suffered with depression most of my life but since I have started practicing these principles, I am able to head off neg. thoughts and feelings before they turn into full blown depression. My life has changed l00% for the better. I would be happy to share my experience with you if you want. Good luck to you.
