Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder, often precipitated by the fear of having a panic attack in a setting from which there is no easy means of escape. As a result, sufferers of agoraphobia may avoid public and/or unfamiliar places. In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to their home, experiencing difficulty traveling from this "safe place."

Just by reading your post I can tell you're an intelligent person. Any prospective employer will notice this as well.
Maybe you can obtain employment through your university? Something that doesn't involve a ton of human interaction. Then as you grow more comfortable with employment in general you can look for entry jobs in your chosen profession.
Remember to give yourself the luxury of not being perfect. Whether you are new at a job or have been there for years, you will screw up. And that's totally fine. I know that our mind wants to tell us that it isn't, but it really is.
