Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety Support Group
Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder, often precipitated by the fear of having a panic attack in a setting from which there is no easy means of escape. As a result, sufferers of agoraphobia may avoid public and/or unfamiliar places. In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to their home, experiencing difficulty traveling from this "safe place."

I'm sure plenty of us can relate! Are you doing anything to help your anxiety? Have you spoken to a doctor or therapist?

OK first of all I want to give you a little encouragement and tell you to remember that even if others are judging you it is THEIR PROBLEM not yours. Try not to worry about them. Learn to love yourself and try not to worry about what others think. What others think isn't really as important as what you think about yourself. Start with some positive self talk. Think of your good traits and focus on them. "I am smart!" "I am a college graduate!" are good to start with. Then you can move on to "I am loveable, kind"...you fill in the blank. Love yourself and others will love you. Secondly, I am no doctor but it sounds to me like you are having obsessive compulsive thoughts and you may need a therapist to deal with them. I wish you luck in what ever you do.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
