Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety Support Group
Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder, often precipitated by the fear of having a panic attack in a setting from which there is no easy means of escape. As a result, sufferers of agoraphobia may avoid public and/or unfamiliar places. In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to their home, experiencing difficulty traveling from this "safe place."
cement cocoon?

I think it's nice to communicate with others on daily strength though. Do you have any coping methods? All the best.
You will be just fine. Take baby steps and don't push yourself too hard....or beat yourself after a setback.
Do you remember the Christmas special called Santa Claus Is Coming To Town? There was a Winter Warlock in it and he was sung to about putting one foot in front of the other.
Everytime I had a goal to achieve...that song popped into my head...making me laugh...it helped.
