How often has your wetting been? Any dry nights?

Usually 3-4 times a week. I wear cloth diapers and plastic pants at night and keep the bed dry

Unfortunately no dry nights or days. Still being padded with cloth diapers and plastic pants.

I did well over Christmas and New Year but back to work this week has changed all that and I've been wetting every night. Hope it calms down soon.

Changes in the daily routine can often result in more heavy and or frequent bedwetting. I hope it calms down soon for you soon. Is it the change as well as being nervous?

cold weather has cased my incontinence to heavier.

I have recently got new vinyl pants made of thicker material. They are very comfortable and cover well any padding. I believe that would be something for every heavy wetter.

Continuing to have dry nights most of the time, but sometimes wetting especially when I get panic attacks at night.

I’m glad your nights are getting drier. I’m continuing to have wet nights most of the time.
Do you often have panic attacks? Is it linked to nightmares?

Good luck to solve this issue and getting dry every night without any exception.

Thanks! Probably have panic attacks every few weeks but when I do they happen like 2 or 3 nights in a row. And sort of scary dreams so maybe you could call them nightmares.

Have you ever tried passionflower (herbal medicine) ? It really helps me having a restful sleep.
