My self I wear a cloth pullup diaper and rubber pants.I buy mydiapers Babykins\Kins in Canada.

The nappies will offer much more protection at night. Pullups don't work for most people at night unless you just have small dribbles. I use Seni Super Plus or Seni Super Quatro with a waterproof pant over that for night time. I almost never have a leak. The Tena Maxi and Abena M-4 nappies are available also on your side of the pond. I use the TENA Slip Maxi Active fit - all-in-one adult nappies. Pull-ups don't work for me as they are just not absorbent enough. I get them supplied free of charge by the NHS. You should speak to your local Continence adviser and see if they can help you..

I also wear nappies at night. The pull ons just always leak. I use tena pull ons in the daytime which are mostly fine byt sometimes not absorbent enough so I know they would be no use for nights

I use Megamax from NorthShore Care. They're pretty good. Easy to use and comfortable and hold a lot. They've never leaked yet while I've worn one. They come a 4 different colors too. I also wear both Rearz and Rawr diapers too. Those are good diapers too but kinda thick and bulky for sure. Great fir night time tho.

I use NorthShore Supreme at night and GoodNites during the day.

Thanks for your help everyone. I purchased Abena Abri-Form Premium L4 in a size large. They are doing the job of keeping my pyjama's and sheets dry but i find them very big and bulky. Just wondering if the M4 Medium might be more suitable. I think i am wetting at least twice in a night - the nappy is containing my wee so i don't want to get the M4 if it's going to start leaking. I find the Betterdry nappies work best if you're a side sleeper. I've been advised to start sleeping on my back due to spinal problems and have since found the Tena Slip Maxi's work just fine with the help of waterproof pants over the top. I've recently bought washable waterproof pants online, they're not like old style plastic pants, far more comfortable and quiet yet just as protective :)

I too wet the bed every night and also have daytime incontinence problems as a result of spinal damage. I wear the Tena Slip Maxi Active Fit all-in-one adult nappies. At night I also wear waterproof pants; I have found the ones from Drylife the best, I have a fitted waterproof mattress protector with a towelling top and also a washable bed pad. I have tried Terry towelling nappies and plastic pants at night but I found they don’t absorb and hold the wee as much as the disposables. They are also very bulky and create a lot of washing. I would like to find a plastic pant with a single Terry towelling or cotton liner to hold any slight leaks. I have bought the terry-lined waterproof pants from Gary Pants but they have a double layer and are also rather bulky and hot over a disposable. I am in the UK and I get my Tena Slip products supplied free.

I have a 38 inch waist and use the Abena M-4 and they work fine for overnight, very absorbent. You might see if any of your suppliers would send you 1 or 2 samples of the M-4 for you to try before you buy an entire package. Also you might want to look at some type of waterproof pants to wear over your Abena diaper.

Lifelong bedwetter in UK, Local NHS provide Tena Slip Maxi and I got Kins Rubber Pants from Amazon; Works for me.

Currently amazingly dry after UTI and long time catheterized - so just fold a standard terry square into undies and wear Kins rubbers - just in case! Medicated by Finasteride - so may all return with vengeance when med stops at year's end.?!

Determine your level of night wetting and wear accordingly. If soaking every night (like me), it's Mega Max or something similar to the rescue. I have these mailordered by the case. Ad.just down if you feel that's too much. I tend always to prepare for 'worst case' so that the bed or even the protective under-pad DO NOT get wet from diaper leaks. Note that pullups are basically light protection for heavy night wetting. Use of vinyl or plastic overpants can help, too. Good luck.

NorthShore supreme diapers are usually adequate for me overnight, If I feel like I might need more protection I will add a booster pad. MegaMax and InControl diapers are also good options. Get some samples and find what works for you.
