So i notice when i talk about ADD people say oh its not an excuse but when I try to explain things or why i do the things that i do.. people get irritated and get mad. when i'm trying really hard.. especially to focus.. to the point i may not focus on everything despite trying to. Other people will say well everybody has ADHD.. i feel like it's really invalidating..
disclose your disability. I recently made some (what seems to be smaller mistakes) at work. The boss sent out a message criticizing "people who make mistakes. I then feek humiliated and anxious. I know that I have many strengths, but calling (me), everyone else in an email leaves me feeling stupid and shamed.
