Someone mentioned this in another post and I wanted to point this out because it was news to me: There is another board on this site for parents of children with ADHD. Do a search in the upper right corner and scan down the page a bit when the results come up. I honestly thought this was THE board for ADHD and didn't know about the one for parents.

It looks like a safe place to post without worrying about being attacked for talking about any of the challenges of this condition.

CAwriterMom, I did not know there was a site for parents of children with ADDHD We are the parents, We have a different view as parents. I don't want anyone to have to go thru what I have in my life. All I ever wanted was to get married and have a baby. I loved playing with my dolls, They always were baby dolls. I loved babysitting for this family that had 6 kids, especially because there was a small baby.

When my daughter was born she started crying at 3 weeks and never stopped. She cried all day and only stopped when she was asleep. I never knew what to do. I just tried to live thru it.
