Back from holidays and up 15 pounds!

We came back from Turks and Caicos on Sunday. I am up 15 pounds, which is not uncommon for me! Had 60 beer and everything I can NEVER eat! I am down a few pounds already....probably the water retention from the beer! Worth it I guess! The trip was great! I didn't want to come back.

So...the fam and I went to a near by town and a near by swimming hole. The ride up, and back was horrible. The now 14 year old from hell wouldn't stop going off on me, nor his 6 year old sister and the mom allowed it. She did finally try to get him to stop when we got close. Who lets a 14 year old call a 31 year old names such as loser and idiot non stop??

Yesterday I began a star chart. Just the mention of it made my son more positive. There has been a remarkable improvement in his behaviour & attitude!
He seems to be having trouble sleeping now & there was a complaint from his teacher that there was another emotional outburst in class, but I am starting to feel more optimistic..... Light at the end of the tunnel?1 Recommendation -

Well, i went out, as dorothy, with a local ts group today. We went to a restaurant, then we went to a local arts district and walked around. I bought some 2nd hand books, and window shopped. On my way home, I stopped at a Mac's and got pop, and bought a couple of things from a dollar store. Unbelievable, how nice it felt.2 Recommendations

So, Kevin threw a book at Jeffs head missed and put a big hole in the new drywall, didnt make me so happy but at one in the morning when Jeff told me that Kevin whipped him in the back with 3 belts (told me the next morning) he pressed charges for assault, they didnt take him away, they wrote him a ticket (jails are crowded SCARRY huh!!) and he has to go to court in DECEMBER!) well.....matt took ...1 Recommendation -

After a couple of frustrating weeks, things are really starting to mellow out. My son is starting to socialize, and had big improvements in managing his anger. I am sooo relieved and hopeful. Although, we are in search of a new skills trainer for him- i have faith. His therapist is great. I work with him alot at home and its been mostly on accepting the words no, and working on his empathy for ot...1 Recommendation -

I just wanted to say hi and let everyone that I am doing really well and have been really working hard to pay all my bills and car off. I am finally going to my first concert ever on Wedsnday evening.
I hope to find that all my friends ared doing well and wish you all well my friends.

I did not get to the Y yesterday, but did get there this AM. I got in over 11,000 steps for Tuesday and over 14,000 steps yesterday. Yesterday, I did 45 min of Wii Walk It Out, went bowling last night and then took the dog for a 2 mile walk, 32 mins. I bowled a 163, 161 and 160. Woo hoo! My team won all 4 games and David bowled well and was well behaved. Phew!&...1 Recommendation7 Comments -

I used to be the kinda gal that cried once a month maybe every couple of months but not anymore. I cry almost every day now and usually its because of one of the twins. But now my husband doesn't really give a crap if Im driving in traffic and he wants the answer to a question and I cant answer it at that moment and I tell him so but he doesnt care..im trying to deal with kids traffic...1 Recommendation
