A lot of that sounds like anxiety, not necessarily ADD/ADHD, but I know what you mean

Hi, I'm no Donna Summers so I can't sing I will survive all that great for you. LOL! But on a serious tip I know exactly what you are talking about. Considering that my doctor could not give me a clear diagnoses for ADD or ADHD because I have Bipolar and Anxiety Disorders that can make me experience the same symptoms it is safe for me to look into some ADD/ADHD coping skills. He said it is very possible that I have this condition. So I'm here and I'm listening and I can identify with you. It is frustrating when your mind is all over the place and you need to get things done. You should look into stress and anger management and relaxation exercise techniques. They can really help you to stay calm and focus better. Tai Chi exercises are great to help your focus, concentration and balance and they are very good for you. I do these things and I learned a lot about them in therapy. I have noticed a huge improvement! Just take it easy and take your time. You will get through it I promise you. See if you can take something that you have to do and break it up into smaller steps to get it done. And write things down if you have to. This will help you to get things done without being so overwhelmed. Some times it is not that we can't do things. It is that we have to do them in a different way. But that's ok what matters is that you find what works for you. Do you attend therapy? If you do you might also need to get a case manager if you don't already have one. A case manager is suppose to help you achieve you therapy goals that are in your treatment plan. They can help you with this step by step approach that I'm talking about. When you are just getting started and you haven't figured out a system for doing things it can be tough. But I have good news there is hope and lots of help available to you. You are going to be fine. I hope that you found my memo helpful. I am here for you. Take care and have a wonderful day!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
