Has anyone noticed a difference with the generic adderall manufactured by Corepharma? I noticed this about a year ago. It has not been as effective for me and i feel awful when i take it. I usually ask the pharmacist before I fill my prescription, but I forgot this last time and didn't realize it for a couple weeks. I had forgotten how awful it is until now!

I take Amphetamine Salts this is the generic for Adderall is this what you are talking about. I do know I have to make sure I have eaten something before taking this medicine if not it make me feel weak and nausea. I also make sure I drink water when taking it not coffee, juice, or anything else. After i take the medicine I drink my coffee exactly how are you taking the meds? Do you eat first; I know some meds say can be taken on an empty stomach but I have found that not to be true for everyone. A lot of doctors will not tell you that this medicine needs a lot of water. Try this and let me know how you are feeling.

Corepharma is one of the generic manufacturers. Barr, who makes the brand, also makes a generic as well as teva. I filled my new script yesterday and made sure I was not getting corepharma. I immediately started feeling better and even better today. I feel "normal" again. I take mine in the morning 15-30 minutes before I want to get out of bed (this is 4am most days) and again at 1 with my lunch. It doesn't effect my appetite either way. And I also keep a water bottle on hand at all times.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
