From what I read, you could be a LOT Worse Off than being A.D.H.D.----just means you look at things different, and not everyone can understand you......
Aren't all the Bright Folks/Artist/Type A's supposed to be A.dhd?????.;-)
In the past couple of weeks, I have been working with an ADD coach and I have noticed some change in me. One change is that I am now using my brain to figure things out better. If I am upset about something, I ask myself why I am upset and what can I do about it? These have been critical for me getting to know myself and the most important, positive actions.
I hope I have helped sunflower don't worry about the other issues that you have. I have them too and so do many others. Maybe not the same ones..I think you get my point.
ive always known i was different in so many ways.
I kept my adhd to myself for some time,i felt i didnt need to exploit myself for any reason.
"being labelled"-i see everything in life has some sort of label,if you choose to express it,i feel awkward as most people turn a blind eye and will accept you for you and not our additive diagnosis,
perhaps in jest to your friend, ask or put forth the question..."what sort of label do you wear?"
(typing my reply, to me ,now looks so bland without the happy faces)....hope your day is a good one:)
