Classification as Strictly A Neurological Disorder to ease Drug access
To the Obama Administration We the people ask as ADHD suffers that the government please take action that would first improve patient care by removing the stigma attached to this disorder.By creating a law that classifies ADHD as only a Nervous System Disorder by the US healthcare system formally placing it in categories like Epilepsy and Parkinson's disease. This would help dramatically to ease discriminatory behaviors by doctors, pharmacists and the general public. Also It would help patients get the care they need by taking the label of Mental illness and behavioral disorder away Insurances would be more likely to cover drugs for this disorder.Finally this act should also reduce restrictions on drugs for people with prove of lifelong disability due to ADHD. Thank You

A lot of signatures will be needed before the White House will even read this.However It isn't impossible to get this looked at and as ADHD suffers we have to start somewhere to help future generations of children and adults not go through the struggling we did.By putting our best foot forward and talking to the government. People at least here in America might be able to help fix a broken outdated view of a serious brain disorder. Please help by signing this petition a change in thinking when it comes to ADHD is long-over due.

I have to be perfectly honest, i'm not sure whether I agree with this or not. ADHD is not necessarily a disorder and honestly, I HATE it when people refer to it as a disorder. I think It should be attention dedication hyperactivity difference or something like that, because, while ADHD may have certain indesirables with it, I cannot consider it a disorder, but merely a different way of the mind working, misunderstood by those who are impatient with themselves or others who have it. Again, just my opinion on it.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
