I have a really bad cold at the moment but I've started to shake or tremble all over since last night. The doctor told me only to increace my steroids if I'm vomiting, which I'm not. But I remember the doctor said that shaking is a sign that there isn't enough steroids in your body. Should I increase my steroids?

My Dr. says the shaking isn't related to the addison's. But when I etlike that I take even just a 2 half mg. and my shaking stops, so I say the proof is in the pudding. I get extremely shaky if stress is in my life or I'm in an argument, really drains my cortisol and I start shakin and crying uncontrollably, and it's hard to talk. If I have an infectionI was told to up my steroids, but then again I'm told that the steroids lover the immune system which I already knew, so I don't understand how upping them helps. TLC when sick. I have other multiple problems and we need to treat ourselves well in order to get well.

Salt halts my shaking. Try sipping some bouillon and see if it makes a difference for you.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
