TERRIBLE MORNING NAUSEA AGAIN

ONce again, I am having terrible a.m. nausea. I felt ok when I woke up but as I layed in bed for awhile it came on stronger and stronger and eventually was so bad I couldn't do anything but take more HC and suffer till it pased over. NO vomitting, just sever mausea that sure felt like I would but I didn't.

I think in attempting to cut down my HC due to swelling I went too low .

Does this happen to others? Have you found anything at all that helps?

My doc says that people with AD should get out in the sun every day for 20 mintues in the am and 20 minutee in the afternoon. Remembe,r it takes time to effect a change. But I saw improvement in a several areas within a few weeks of doing this.

Diesel, I'm starting to have long term use of steroids be a problem. I've talked to 3 specialists so far. I've been on HC for 18 years now. The worst side effect was tachycardia, which can cause a major heart attack, you might not make it. So I'm stuck with my daily dose. Unless I'm sick.

I saw the first of 4 doctors. We are going to try and see if some of my other meds are causing the nausea. I'm going from Lexapro to Wellbutrin today. 3 more docs to go, lol. Thanks for caring. This can be a very lonely disease.
