If you get to feeling too bad again, I suggest going to the hospital. Make sure someone is with you. Until then, you need to be drinking LOTS of water and eating LOTS OF SALT!
I'm sorry you are feeling so bad. Diagnosis isn't always what it's cracked up to be, without the right doctor.
