The last couple days my adrenals have come down, the first in a long, long time. Probably from the stress of moving. But when my adrenals go down I can't keep from eating. I'm driven!! And to the most unhealthy foods..like pumpkin ice cream with graham crackers! I had to throw that in.

When my sugr is down, hich can happen quite often, i tend to eat to bring my sugar up. And yes, sweet things would do it quickly but then it would get lower than it originally was.
