I've been concerned about this since doing it...I hope my userID is not
off-putting...like MontanaMercedes, LousianaLexus, etc. I use my initials all the time never even considering that people might think I'm advertising the kind of car I drive. I don't even drive a BMW. Now that I've revealed how really crazy I am for worrying about stuff like that...
I guess it's just a slow news day on Daily Strength. Actually, I'm putting off
getting dressed as long as I can!

Never even gave it a second thought!! But, those are some pretty great initials. I'm almost afraid of mentioning mine - MF!!

I read the post about your sticky notes and hotel reservations. Was there an update that I missed? I was so glad when I married and got to add the W. Going through life with my initials prior to the W was not
great either.

We were on a trip once, and a hotel worker said, "So, you put the kind of car you drive on your garment bags?" Uh, that would be a NO!!!!

Yep, good old Alabama October!!! Next week-end is UA's homecoming. The queens in their wool suits and the law students in their tuxedos and drinks early in the morning will be rather warm!!

Here's what I posted earlier, (formerly) Ms. BM, from MF...too funny!!

Well, let me just say, "I LOVE Firemen"!! Half way into my trip, I realised I forgot my makeup...major panic. Since I can't multi-task any longer, to actually think I could just stop somewhere & simply buy some lipstick, my BP dropped. I had to pull over, coincidentally by a Fire Station. Aside from these guys being really sharp, kind, quick, concerned, etc., they are cute, cute, cute. I felt my BP rise, when I actually blushed, so I went on my way!

To my relief, absolutely no one made any negative comments, or inquiries, just sad, yet pleasant conversation. I felt foolish in my self-absorbed worries, as I was clearly not the focus. I did increase my HC, for my return, so I missed (my) Firemen. I did get some cell #s however, "just in case"!

By the way Misa, exactly what DO you smuggle into a funeral?!?! :)

Alabama, you gave me another chuckle, just picturing you with your pickle jar!

Thank you guys, so, so much.

I forgot to add, I ended up staying for 3 days. The hotel was beautiful, had an indoor pool, massages, room svc, etc AND I rec'd a bereavement discount!

oh lunar ~ i should be packing, as we're leaving for a good ten days in about three hours, and all i can think about now as i sit here is how i *didn't* get a massage before leaving when i had all the time in the world to. augh! i hope at least that you took full advantage of your opportunity while you had it.

alabama ~ i *did* wonder if it was your initials or if you had/loved BMWs. now i know, lol!
