Coming up inabout 30 days. My female dog is going to have a litter of pups. Knowing her it will be in the wee hours of the morning. My question
is if I have to be up at wee hours of the morning to whelp thids litter.....how do I take my meds? I asked my endo he said see how I feel and go from there. I would think if I'm going to be up VERY early and for a long peroid, I would take my morning meds then.Possibaly an extra dose around my usual time for taking meds.
Any ideas would be great

When my son was a newborn he would wake all hours of the night. I broke up my dosage and spaced my meds out more throughout the day and if needed I took an extra 2.5-5mg daily.

Check out NADF's tools for life adrenal hormones (http://www.nadf.us/tools/adrenalhormone.htm) for how long each of the adrenal hormones take to metabolize. I find it helpful to know that HC metabolizes in 8--12 hours which allows me to adjust medication schedules accordingly when I have unusually long days or when I'm traveling to different time zones.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
