Lol........we dust the ' things' we love. Gotcha girl..........

Today I feel good, I feel like anything is possible. I have been in a bit of a funk lately. Not really sure what is causing that, maybe too many funerals. I do try to "check myself, before I wreck myself" as I have a history of self sabotage. In fact so much so I often don't wonder that self loathing is my comfort zone.
But today I am having a good day, could have something to do with the sunshine. Gotta love that vitamin D:)

Don't know if its coincidental?
Maybe the mood swings are just shifting anyway?
Fact is, after a month or so of yoga regularly my depression has lifted for about 2weeks or so. VERY grateful. May be only temporary but I'll grab it & keep practicing yoga.

Yoga seems to be very beneficial. I have not tried it, because I am so out of shape. Going to see my parent now, so I am grateful for that.
