You have our sympathy and our tears. We will be praying for you and for Jay's entire family. This affects every one of us deeply because he was one of us. Words cannot express our feeling. We just are glad that you gave us the chance to know Jay and to do what we could. May God give you the comfort that only He can give -- dave

I just found out about our Jay. I am heartbroken for Alex and you, and beyond sadness for Jay, that valiant warrior. I cannot even imagine the pain you and Alex are experiencing. As I told you, I would have traded places with Jay, and I mean it. Please stay with us and let us help you through this darkness.
Love,
Cliff

I am so sorry to read about Jay's passing. Thank you for getting onto this site sharing his journey and helping others with your comments and posts. I truly believe Jay will always be with you and Alex, watching over you.
Sending you my love and prayers xxxx

I just read all of your posts today. I wish I had seen them sooner.
I've walked that mile in your shoes and reading your posts brought back memories. I lost my husband to AML on June 23, 2012.
Jack went in the same way that Jay went -- fluid around the heart and becoming jaundice. I know the Kind of roller coaster ride you've been on and it isn't a fun ride.
I will continue to pray for you and hope the healing will begin soon. I still miss Jack so much but know that he's with God and someday I'll meet him again.
Take care of yourself. If you ever have something bothering you down the road just email me andd I will help if i can.
Jay put up a good fight and I know you both loved (and still love) each other so much!
Blessings,
Pat
