Tumor gone...He is CURED! No Injection anymore. Only check up every year...
I asked again 'There is no CURE! 3 Prof. said yes. There is CURE.
f you dont use any medicine... You are cured. Check up for IGF-1 and GH doesnt means you are still Acro...If you use medicine and you test result is Ok. There is remission in your sutiation...
What will I do? As you know I am new Acro. After 3 Injection Sandostatin LAR 20 my test results GH:0.311; IGF-1: 331.
I will continue Sandostatin Lar 30. If my IGF-1 drop under 290. I will be remission for me. I will continue with medical threatment now like Jokey...Why suggest Doctors firstly surgey??? I asked it. Answer was strange...

Hi Tozi: Thank you for this information. I would love to learn more about the "cured" patient. I would assume that he/she had a very small tumor? Then again, 10 years is a long time to wait for a tumor to shrink. I guess the bottom line is how the patient was feeling for all of those years. Interesting. Take care, Mish

I think they do surgery for large tumors, and radiation and surgery for really large surgery. I think the surgery relieves some of the compression that large tumors cause.

four years gone..six more to go..knew it wasnt a quick fix..looking on the bright side not on a lifetime of being on drug..but still think as endo says we are together for life..what a thought LOLOLOL
