But it was about a homeless bum. And he said, "Not to turn your eyes from the homeless or anyone else, because that person may be the angel you need today."
People who I truly despise and want nothing to do with are people that can also teach me... if I am tolerant and ready to learn...
Weather it came from hearing complaints and feeling it necessary, or just wanting to thump his chest, I don't know. Doesn't matter. To me, it seems he didn't ask the important questions of the right people. He didn't act for the group conscience. He didn't do due diligence. So he was either stupid or lazy about a very important service that he was supposed to be doing on our behalf.
So the desire it to hunker down and protect ourselves. Seems to me that the only real problems on that board was about two people; one perhaps, telling tales and the other making a sweeping decision based on it.
I think once things calm down a bit, we'll find that our board can absolutely accomodate pretty much every single person from the old one, bar none. As long as we have someone to do that certainly thankless task of moderating. Wthout a board owner trying to become our Higher Power.

P.S. Can't you let us know who so we can all be aware also. I for one seem to be quite ignorant and would appreciate some insight so I can be careful too and no I am not asking out of any salacious intent but to be armed just in case as much to my chagrin i have found out recently that some of the people that i thought were ok were actually not.
