Thank you for your post of suggestions. I have very sensitive skin and have found that most common acne treatments with benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid irritate my skin even more, so I really appreciate the suggestions for alternatives. I love love love tea tree oil. I usually dab it on my blemishes (undiluted) and it gets rid of them so fast!
I have heard of neem...if you don't mind me asking, where could I find it? I am not familiar with Sawall...is it a drugstore? Also, do you use it as a wash or more of a spot treatment?
I am also just curious, and you definitely do not have to answer this, but have you found that anything you eat triggers breakouts? I have recently been contemplating cutting out dairy for a few weeks to see if it helps, but I love yogurt and cheese too much haha. It seems the research about it is mixed...some say diet makes no difference and others say it does. Just wondering if you have any experience with this.
