good luck :)
Avoid the following things:
1. Avoid all milk, milk products.
2. Avoid all beef, geese, crabs, eels and all seafood other than fish.
3. Avoid fast food and processed food.
4. Avoid soda and white bread.
5. Ask a Chinese friend which food is "hot" and which food is "cool". For instance, durian is hot. You eat it, you get breakout. On the other hand, watermelon is cool, which helps improve your acne. And food like "mangoes" is considered "wet", which can also worsen your acne. Some food may have a lot of vitamins that can improve your acne but at the same time they are "hot" and "wet" and thus make your acne worse. Be very careful.
Eat the following things:
1. Carrots for extra vitamin A. Don't take pills.
2. Kiwifruits for extra vitamin C.
3. Bananas for vitamin B and the chemical that can make people happy.
4. I mean it. Try herbal medication.
Western medications based on chemical formula should only be taken as the last resort because of the side effect. BC will make you fat, which is also a serious problem for ladies. And as soon as you stop taking it, the breakout comes back. What if the drug company closes down?
Please, Please, Please don't take antibiotic, which will only do one thing: train the bacteria and make them stronger.
My theory is that acne is not a disease by itself. Instead, it is a symtom like fever or sore throat. Acne indicates that one of your organ does not work so well. The first thing you have to do is to take care of the source of your illness instead of stopping the symtom. Unfortunately, doctors nowadays are trained to stop symtoms.
