I use it now. I have combination skin and it works great for me. It does dry out my skin a little, but nothing some lotion can't fix. The only thing I don't like about benzoyl peroxide is that it bleaches out clothing and towels.

I use it for my acne treatment. I have a combination/sensitive skin. I use it only on my spots areas at the night. You can feel itchy, your skin gets a little red, but it is really do the work. Your spot disappears after max. 4days

I have very oily skin and was using that for a couple months, I was using the 5% one, just at nights, it worked very good, the downside besides the dry skin was the bleaching, it ruined several towels, tops and pillow cases.

I do not recommend benzoyl peroxide if you think that acne is a serious sever issue for your skin, I personally would skip benzoyl peroxide and try something else.. but who knows everyone's skin is different it may work for you..it worked for my friends and sister..but there acne is not severe seems like it works on "regular/normal" skin combination skin..

if you have big pores, oily skin, etc. i would go for something else...see a dermatologist.

I have never used it but have read that it causes irritation but the skin is supposed to become use to it so the irritation is supposed to go away after a while.
