Achromatopsia is a medical condition (also called maskun or rod monochromatism) characterized by a low cone cell count or lack of function in cone cells; these are the light receptors responsible for color perception. People with maskun have difficulty seeing in bright daylight.

Month since I weighed in so this will be my 1st one on one with the dietician. Problem being is in 100% sure I gained weight... I know I did I have not done one ounce of exercise nor have I been eating well... I have no idea what my problem is... July is a busy month for me 4th of July... My birthday and my moms birthday an all the food and cake ugh!! I feel

I started to go to the gym but then with work comitments and 2 holidays in 2 weeks i just lost all my drive to go to the gym and its gotten to the stage where i almost feel stupid going to gym after all this time. I think you just need to take that first push of getting back into a routine to get things started, as for me im going to hit the gym after i finish work tonight, as just reading that other people are having similar problems almost makes me want to be the one pushing you to do it, as i dont have anyone to motivate me to. So, hopefully this has helped encourage you to do something about everything that needs sorting :D I think the main thing is that YOU need to be believe in your self.
