I have moderate to severe acne but I am a horrible picker which makes everything just so much worse. Does anyone have advice on how to stop picking? I can't help it, I even try to keep my nails short but I just end up getting tweezers ugh

Maybe your doctor can prescribe something to reduce the acne.

Totally with you on this one! Can't explain why I gotta do it but I do ... pick, that is. The urge has peaks and valleys but I have never been able to put it to rest, only curve it on occasions.

It's been a while since you posted this so do you mind if I ask how it's been going? If it's still going on, may I ask if you pick at other things too? And no, I'm not talking your nose, silly :)

Asking with total respect to you and as a picker of many things myself. For me it's just the act of picking, doesn't matter if it's acne, an ingrown hair, peeling skin, or whatever. Sorry if I grossed anyone out.
