In 2013 I had an accident resulting in spinal injury at the base of my neck with paralysis from there down, spasticity (muscle contractions and spasms) and double incontinence. Both my anus and my urethra have been left closed except with manual intervention. I hardly ever pass urine via the usual route (I have a suprapubic catheter passing directly into my bladder about 2 inches below my...

At night I use large square pads on the sheet and XL underwear from Krogers. I need to check on actual diapers but the ones I have tried fasten on the side and don't fit right. I will have to check more. I wish I could find rubber pants to put over the underwear at night and I think that might fix the problem. I will check out some that mentioned here too.
Thanks for bringing up this subject.
I would check out the waterproof pants available through LLMedico. The link is:

The pull-up or underwear style do not work well at all for overnight. I always use a super absorbent tape on style diaper like a Tena Super Brief, Abena M-4 or Molicare super plus.
I used many others in the past but settled on these as being the best options for me in terms of what I need, availability, and price. I have to use the heavier Molicares for overnight or long distance travel or when I'm sick cause anything less and I'm high risk for leaks. The Supers are a bit easier to hide during the day or I go with the TENA Super or Classics for normal everyday use. The Real Fits are the only pull-up I use at the time and that's mostly when I need something that I can easily and comfortable move around in, IE playing sports or working out.
