I'm 26, never had a boyfriend or anything like that. I do believe to wait until marriage so there's no rush there and naturally, I do take things very slow. I started going out with this one guy, and he wanted to kiss me and I just got scared that I couldn't do it. I get so scared that I can't even eat when we hang out. I have no problem talking to him for the most part but when it comes to kissing or anything like that, I just freak out. I almost feel like I'm doing something wrong. I feel like my semi-shyness as well as my thought process about what's going to happen really holds me back. Any ideas?

If you and this guy truly care for and respect one another, then there should be no reason to tell him exactly how you feel. Allow him the opportunity to be sensitive to your fears and to work with you through them.

If he's unwilling to do that, then you know he's not the one you should kiss anyway. If he is a good guy, then he deserves the truth. Good luck.
