I have some insight on my own personal experience, I don't know if it will help but here goes. Up until the last two years or so, my clothing style varied from mostly black and red tops with jeans ("hostile" colors, I was told), and then I decided to get past that and branch out color and style wise. I also started taking better care of my body and only in the last 6 months have I felt the most comfortable in my skin than I have ever felt in my life. Because of that, I have started buying and wearing clothes that are tighter to my skin and in some cases are low cut. However, it is never with the intention of "seducing" anyone, to me it's more about that finally feeling comfortable with my body, and in a way feeling proud of what I've gotten it to look like, but for ME, not necessarily for anyone else. Also, I would never got to extremes (mini skirts and tube tops together) nor would I intentionally go without underwear (upper or lower, hehe). Does any of that make sense? Hehe.

I, myself enjoy a good V-neck. I'm not entirely comfortable showing cleavage, but don't prohibit myself on account of being a virgin.

I agree with Eliana, as I have much the same situation. The clothes I wear that are close to my body and lower cut are because I want to look good, and it nurtures the playful side of my personality.

In the long run, you can just ask a person. I feel that in today's world we don't ask these questions enough. There isn't anything wrong with asking someone if they're a Christian, or any other religion, and after knowing them, there isn't anything wrong with asking if they're celibate. It's all in HOW you ask.

No, I don't think so. Especially when a lot of popular clothes among girls are cut in ways where they show a little more skin. Also, I wouldn't see it as a bad thing if somebody was wearing revealing clothes because sometimes its an indication that they feel confident in themselves.

I think as long as it doesn't go to extremes, it is just that, that they feel comfortable with themselves.

I understand what is being asked completely because if you look at the girls of today - most act the way they dress. Meaning, the less sexual body parts revealed, the more modest the girl is. The more "sexy" a girl tries to look, she is looking for attention. I see girls like that all the time, everyday. It is not an indication of being virginal or celibate, but it is an indication most of the time of the girl's personality. If you want a whore - look for a girl who dress like a stripper. Nine times out of 10 she will act like one. If you want a girl that is not a whore and maybe more mature - look for a girl who doesn't dress like a prostitute. Just my opinion from experience.

My personal experience is that when I don't dress provacative people think I am a virgin (go figure). When I wear a low cut dress, men stare at my chest and want to use me...so take whatever you can out of this.

Well I do believe that there should be some kind of general judgment, as if a girl is dressed as a slut, most likely in this society she is not looking to pray in church, and if she is to pray at church she should dress modestly as to pray, yet if she is dressed modestly you should also analyze her personality or behavior to make a general judgment, not an exact one to seal the person, but one to go by, you just have to.
