I too struggle with that lately, but know that God will bring brighter days and He will for you too! Please do not harm yourself, we all have thoughts like that when we feel so down and hopeless about our circumstances but God loves us unconditionally and His love is not determined by our circumstances.

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Romans 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Praying for you, so that you may feel the peace and comfort of Gods promise. I also pray you have a good therapy session tomorrow and hope you can continue to reach out and seek help. In Jesus name I pray.

I HAVE HAD OCD FOR 40 YEARS. I CANNOT CONTROL THOUGHTS THAT COME INTO MY MINE. MOST OF THESE THOUGHTS ARE NOT GOOD THOUGHTS. I HAVE ALSO HAD CLINICAL DEPRESSION FOR 40 YEARS. BUT GOD WILL GAVE ME THE STRENTH AND GRACE TO MAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME. GOD HEARS YOUR PRAYERS AND HE WILL NOT LEAVE OR FORSAKE YOU. THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON THAT GOD HAS EVER FORSAKEN. HERE IS THE VERSE OF BIBLE THAT TELLS ABOUT THIS PERSON THAT GOD HAS FORSAKEN,

MARK 15:34 And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

Thank you everyone for the prayers, offers of support, hugs, and friendship. I have not harmed, myself but I am really struggling in a lot of emotional pain and turmoil. I've been begging Jesus for help, but I have gotten none.

I have been there too. I think (which of course you already probably did) it is very important for you to ask God for guidance and lifting. He wants us to come to him first I am 52 and just maybe getting the hang of it. Blessing and I am asking God right now

Oh my dear Blue ,
You think you have gottten no hope I have seen 12 people offering you helps. Now you tell me how often does that happen. Now I don't know where you life buy if you have a phone I will call and talk to you okay.
There is also a crisis line on the bottom of this page for all of us, It does not say for blue younder only.
