I have a pinched nerve in my neck and physical therapy is not helping. I'm afraid I'm going to have to have surgery and really don't want to have to do that. Please pray that God will heal me.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Praying, God Bless.
Also want to recommend that you use ice and/or heat.......whichever one helps you the most........that you also consider a really good chiropractor for adjustments and finally know that I know this hurts and distracts and fusses all day long..........so again I'm praying with you and for you..........gentlest AIR HUGS!
What you do is take a fresh clean sock and stitch a deviding seam right down the center lengthwise. A long tube sock works best because it is long enough to wrap around the neck and feels so comfortable. After you have devided the sock into two long tubes, fill them with any cheap long grain rice and sew the top (where it is still open) closed so none of the rice can escape.
Place this in the microwave for about a minute, you will have to adjust the time to your microwave as microwaves are different. When it feels a good warm but not too hot to touch, it is ready to use. Wrap it around your neck or where ever the pain is and enjoy.
It works on pain like nothing I have ever used before. And they are so simple to make. I have seen them selling at flea markets for $18 - $20 each. A good way to earn some extra money too.
Teamworkspirit I love your rice heating pad idea too : )
