OMG, I love that Louis!!! I will keep it in mind. I have the opportunity to go to a meeting in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I will be there!

I love all the slogans..because they are "simple" and quite profound:

Keep it Simple

Do the next right thing (I like this one because I tend to overwhelm myself with thoughts, so this tells me..."get a cup of coffee", "go to the bathroom", "wash your face", "moisturize" ...I'm not kidding...I'll wake up with so many racing thoughts that I need this basic tutorial)
