Just weighed my self and weigh 198 lost 42 lbs since surgery.

Lost some inches clothes are getting looser yeah

Weight was at a stand still for two weeks. Finally dropped 4lbs in two weeks.Went in the hot sprins therapy pool then swimming and camping where u have to walk to bathroom so that helped.

My weight loss is at a stand still for two weeks.I'm hoping with all the walking will do better. Each scale is different. 7/28/09 Finally lost two more pounds hope I will continue. Ate steak...

Yesterday ate chili no problem. Today everything I try to eat nauseates me. Use to love food now don't feel like eatting anything or drinking anything but know I have to in order to keep my energy up.
