I ran 22 miles today.  Walked most of the last mile, just really got tired and my feet were hurting, mega blisters.  I think I need some new running shoes, but I really can't afford that right...

Not much going on today.  I pretty much ate junk.  I did go for a one hour walk this evening with the dog.  Am trying to rest up for tomorrow, I have a 22 mile run planned.  I hope to make it in...

Not feeling really well today.  Hubby is sick, hope I don't get it.  But I think I am.  Ran 3 miles this afternoon.  Didn't go real fast, just nice easy pace.
