Hi Everyone Can anyone recommend a good chin strap the one I have is awful, to big and very constricting I would like something light weight .Linda

Hi AllI have fibromyalgia and sleep apnea and I never sleep more than 4 hours no matter how tired I am just curious about others and how well they sleep without meds Linda
