I'm a 24 year old content specialist and marketer, and have been having panic attacks since my grandfathers death when I was 16. The problem is- they recently got WAY worse and WAY more frequent so here I am, looking to talk to some people like me. I figure if I'm not alone, I won't feel so bad about it?
